my gear is gone, disapeared trough freight

i tried to freight my warlord(superbock) equipement (dinasty heavy set +7, baium ring +7, ring of core +7, dual medusa blades +7) to my main class gladiator(patanas).
after having done the freight, i logged my gladiator and tried to withdraw my equipement, it was gone.
equipement has disapeared from me before, an arcana mace acumen +11 wich i augmented and disapeared.
i'd really like equipement back since it took me so long to farm it.
please reply A.S.A.P
heres a screenshot that shows that i had this equipement.

the dual medusa blades arent shown here cause at the time i took the screenshot i didnt have them yet.

what i did is exacly what i said i did in my first post, i was farming with my friends psyblast and thunderwarrior for so long to get my full gear for my main class, and when we finaly got everything i needed, i wanted to freight it to the gladiator and my stuff was gone

Freight service works perfect ....i just test it again your char.....and the items transfered.
I will send you a pm about more details.

Lol Patanas........you transfer your items in wrong char....you transfer items in trident white your other char.....
